Mission and Vision

At the beginning of 2011, through a joint evaluation of SASNEV’s development, growth and challenges, the board of trustees and management formulated a new mission and vision and statement:

MISSION
The reason for SASNEV’s existence is the development and expansion of the SASNEV information community, primarily for the benefit of the Afrikaans-speaking community, by marketing, networking and participation in demand-driven projects.

VISION
SASNEV strives to become a dynamic, independent information network about the Netherlands and Flanders, primarily aimed at Afrikaans-speaking South Africans, in order to promote shared cultural experiences.
